I was driving home last evening feeling rather frustrated, since I found out my class was cancelled after fighting traffic to get there. As I pulled into my neighborhood, I decided to practice taking pictures. It was a relaxing experience and I felt peaceful for the rest of the evening. The few extra minutes I gained from not having class gave me the chance to practice mindfulness and appreciate being in the moment.
It was dusk when I took these pictures. I like the subtle differences in scaling and lighting, depending on slight changes in my angle.
